Photography & Videography Consent
Northern Central Railway ("NCR") frequently photographs and records its train excursions, special events, programs, facilities, and activities for promotional, educational, historical, fundraising, and other organizational purposes.
By purchasing tickets and accepting this Photography & Videography Consent, I understand that I and the members of my party may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded while participating in or attending an NCR excursion, event, program, or activity by NCR, its employees, volunteers, or authorized photographers and videographers.
I authorize NCR and its authorized representatives to photograph, film, and record me and the members of my party and to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and distribute resulting photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings for lawful NCR purposes. These uses may include, but are not limited to, NCR websites, social media, email communications, newsletters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, displays, billboards, fundraising materials, media and public-relations materials, educational and historical materials, and other printed or digital promotional materials.
Authorized uses may also include NCR merchandise and products offered for sale, including books, calendars, postcards, prints, souvenirs, and similar items.
I understand that these photographs and recordings may be used without additional notification, approval, or compensation.
For Minors
If my party includes a child under the age of 18 for whom I am the parent or legal guardian, I grant the permissions described above on behalf of that child. I certify that I am authorized to provide this consent for each minor child for whom I am accepting these terms. I understand that photographs and recordings published online or through social media may be viewed, shared, saved or otherwise distributed by third parties beyond NCR's control.
Prefer Not To Be Photographed?
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an NCR staff member when you arrive, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
