The High Tea includes:
Freshly brewed pot of tea to each guest from a choice of 3 options.
A buffet of classic English Tea accompaniments, a variety of finger sandwiches, fresh baked scones, lemon curd or jam, Devonshire cream, whipped butter and fresh fruit.
The buffet is then followed by a glass of champagne with a seasonal salad of grilled chicken and peaches over fresh field greens with candied pecans and a peach-moscato vinaigrette.
We finish experience with a served dessert of Creme Brûlée or a Dark Chocolate Mousse
